Reason for attending

You must arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment. This is to fill in paperwork if you have been unable to do so before your appointment. Late arrivals will mean less time with the dentist or you may not be seen. Treatment on the first visit is not guaranteed. For all appointments please arrive 5-10 minutes before to update any paperwork. For all bookings fees/deposits are requested upon booking. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a £35 late cancellation fee. If you are late by more than 10 minutes, this leaves insufficient time for the clinician to deliver your care. You will be asked to rebook and a £35 fee charged. We appreciate your understanding.
